After numerous phone calls, emails, pictures, and false statements from them, I have yet to receive reimbursement on my justifiable claim. A person should never have to go through such an experience w

I am still trying to get my justifiable claim honored. I even sent them the original invoice from the company that ran a camera down my sewer line which stated the my backup was caused by a rusted out cast iron pipe, which supposed to be covered.
I have yet to get a response to this, as it proves that their clams that it was a shear off is completely bogus. Please avoid this company at all costs!

I had a major sewer backup, my home on 5/16/22 It was repaired by a reputable company, a
As of today, I have received no response as to my claim. After many emails, including one to the president of the company, I’m being totally ghosted.
Discrimination? Perhaps.All I know is that they have the invoice that clearly states that my sewer line collapsed because of a rusted cast iron pipe. I also have a written statement from them that this is covered under my policy.
So why aren’t they honor my claim? They won’t say?
